Alyssa Beasley | Busy Beats

Busy Beats founder Alyssa Beasley is a qualified and experienced Queensland teacher, whose passion for fitness and dance started at a young age. Alyssa believes in challenging not only herself but also her students.

Trained in numerous dance styles including tap, jazz, hip hop and musical theatre, Alyssa has performed in a number of productions such as The Boy from Oz and West Side Story.

In 2014 she was fortunate to experience teaching in Japan where her commitments included regular fitness and dance classes for primary school students. She was privileged to witness how dance and movement have the power to overcome all language and cultural barriers.

Also a certified and registered personal trainer, Alyssa aims to help each client reach their full potential. Her belief is ‘everything in moderation’ - balanced eating, regular exercise, a happy and full social and work life.

Alyssa is dedicated to continual personal and professional development. Currently she working to expand her skill set to include multiple areas of fitness and dance instruction. Alyssa is thrilled to be working in a profession she loves!

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Education / Arts (Music and Drama)
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • Group Exercise Leader
  • Zumba Instructor
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Teaching English as a Foreign Language
